We researched & looked at several hot tubs before deciding to buy our first “brand new one” from MM&S. We wanted a small tub for a small patio and they had the ideal one for us. The tub did have a couple issues, from the factory, but those were resolved with the help of the warranty manager at Mohave Mist & Spa. Happy with our purchase and the service we’ve received from MM&S, we're enjoying the therapeutic relaxation we were looking for.
We talked with Nick Hernandez at this store and he was so helpful and had a good selection of 110/220 volt hot tubs in stock. We bought one, it was delivered to our home and the installation personnel were very professional and did a fantastic job. It cost less than other hot tub/spa stores and is wonderful with arthritis and aches and pains. We heartily recommend this place to get a hot tub/spa. I had total left shoulder replacement surgery and it has really helped with the pain.
My family and I went through them to get a misting system on our house. Sam and Taylor are very knowledgeable and keep it professional. I haven't had any problems and I love that they do a yearly service. My back patio feels and looks great during the summer thanks to these guys! When we decide to expand our back yard and add a hot tub and a barbecue island, we will definitely take our business back to these guys.
Excellent experience! I called Mohave Mist for a quote. They we friendly and professional. Taylor arrived on time (actually a few minutes early). He did a great job explaining how the system worked and he took the time to provide several different options. They installed the system within a week. They showed up on time and had everything they needed for the job. The guys had everything installed within a few hours. They were super professional, worked fast and cleaned up when they were done. The misting system is awesome!!! We had a chance to use it last week. It's perfect. Really cools the area. I'm thrilled with my misting system. Mohave Mist exceeded my expectations! Our misting direct drive pumps are designed to operate at 1000 PSI. The 110V pumps have a standard plug for your home outlet and garden hose adapter to fit your outdoor spigot for the water supply. We use a 3/8" compression fitting on the outlet of the pump to attach to high pressure nylon tubing. (220V pumps available; call for details). The open direct drive pump is our more popular unit that is rated for outdoor use. This pump is designed on an open base that need to be set on a level surface because it is filled with oil (We recommend to change the oil after every 500 hours of use). Our pumps are assembled with a normally closed solenoid valve to stop the water flowing through the unit when it is turned off. Our 5 and 1 micron sediment filters are standard on this pump. Other features that are standard on our pumps are high quality CAT pump, liquid filled pressure gauge, durable powder coat finish, on/off switch, and a 6 ft power cord.
